    The husband wife team migrated to Canada for better prospects in the field of Physiotherapy and Yoga. They are BCRPA registered yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer. Together they teaching yoga classes in South Surrey Recreation Centre, White Rock, Delta and Vancouver. They are also working with KVOS TV channel in program “awaze- e-watan” as yoga Demonstrators.



  • The physical postures are called asanas. Yogic asanas, commonly known as postures or poses in the west, are created for the purpose of improving the overall health and well-being of a person. There are many types of physical exercises but the yogic system of asanas is the most complete, benefiting far more then just the physical body. It improves concentration of the mind. It is also very beneficial to beginners, stiff people and elderly as it helps the body to regain flexibility.
